Abstract
The Electrical power transmission and distribution power lines plays vital roles in Power System techniques it has to achieve the essential continuity of service of power source to the end users. The power transmission lines connect the generating stations and load centers. The probability of fault occurrences in transmission lines is very high. Since a faults can destabilize the power system it must be isolated immediately for restoration of power source. It is fault analysis is very important issue in power technique engineering in order that to clear faults quickly and restore power supply as soon as possible with minimum interruption. In this paper presents a literature review of power transmission line faults detection.

Development requires an understanding and control over human relationship with nature, other wisely known as environmental management. Such management becomes meaningful only when women contribute and are allowed to contribute their full participation in the field. Development has fortunately given way to sustainable development, and growth has given way to ‘green growth’. Now-a-days, the concern for maintaining ecological balance emerged in the form of vocal and expressive social movement.

Question and Answering system can be classified into three category are open domain, closed domain and restricted domain. Using advanced Natural Language Processing tool we will be developed a framework for question answering system. In this paper we work on restricted domain question answering system. Proposed system work on keyword and question matching and return precise answer of question.
